Dracontomelon or trai sau is a sour fruit grown in Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands. It can be used to make dracontomelon juice, or can be used in cooking as a souring agent, or as a candied sweet.

Origin: Product of Vietnam
Storage: Keep at -18°C
Storage type: Frozen
Preparation and usage:
Once thawed do not refreeze.
Cook thoroughly before consumption.
*Please Note: We use dry ice and insulated bag to make sure products are delivered in frozen condition (Surcharge varies per shipment, starting from £4.5).
